She will be my permanent sub for the duration of my leave and can help you with any issues you have. We will be conducting student led conferences on November 17th, 2011. This is a vital opportunity for your child to discuss with you their current academic progress and develop a four-year plan for high school. They will be presenting a portfolio of work and discussing their behavior, study skills, strengths, and needs. We strongly encourage all parents to attend, and be a positive part of the conference. Please number the choices below using 1, 2, or 3 to indicate the best available time for you and your child. If you prefer a morning slot before school starts, please indicate by checking the box below. You will be receiving a confirmation note prior to November 4th, 2011 regarding your time slot. Supplies Needed...Students are asked to bring the following supplies to school by Monday, August 15th, 2011:
· (1) flashdrive · (4) spiral notebooks for notes in each subject · (1) Three PRONG folder for Social Studies · (1) set of six dividers · Lined paper · Pencils, Pens (Black or Blue) · (1) Three RING binder/folder/ etc. to organize loose leaf papers and assignments by subject · (1) graph paper composition book (Science) · (1) set of colored pencils · (1) pencil sharpener with lid for shavings · (2) Dry erase markers for white boards (Science) Welcome Back, Coyotes!Welcome Back! We are so excited to begin a new year with many familiar faces. The absolute best part about "looping" is the fact that we all know each other so well and fully understand each teachers expectations. Overall, everyone did a wonderful job in seventh grade and we intend to make this year even better!
